All products are custom-made to order. Therefore, once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified. 

All descriptions of products and product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software is the property of Prismee or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. All designs and design rights belong to Prismee.

5. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the Service. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

You agree to use our products in a safe and legal manner, and agree to comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations.

In no event shall Prismee, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

7. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
